Introduction

The governance of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is structured in the following manner:

Leadership and Management

Section 2.1.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is a duly formed organization that

2.1.1. Controlled, Led, Managed
is wholly controlled, led and managed, executively, by its sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku.
2.1.2. Sole President, CEO, Chair
has the Founder serving as its sole President, CEO, and Chair.
2.1.3. Sole Executive Powers
has the Founder as the sole person with executive decision-making, fiduciary, managerial and voting powers, rights, and equivalent, especially those pertaining to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts’s formation, governance, and overall administration.

Membership and Fiduciaries

Section 2.2.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts has

2.2.1. Sole Member, Controller
the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, as its sole Member and Controller, of the organization, its assets and properties, its divisions, series, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and its products and services.
2.2.2. Sole Executive Fiduciary, Assets-Holder
the Founder as its sole executive fiduciary — and via this role, its sole executive assets-holder, shareholder, stockholder, or equivalent — in conversation with two other Founder-appointed and -elected advisory fiduciaries, together constituting its Board of Trustees.
2.2.3. No Other Fiduciary, Member, Controller
no other person, legal or natural, as its controller, fiduciary, member, owner, or equivalent.

Section 2.2.4. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts has the following persons as its duly appointed and elected fiduciaries and officers, constituting the Board of Trustees:

2.2.5. President, CEO, Chair
the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, as President, CEO and Chair.
2.2.6. Treasurer, CFO
Ijeoma Chinwe Ikoku as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.
2.2.7. Secretary, CGO
Chinyere Ukeagumo Ikoku Jr as Secretary and Chief Governance Officer.
2.2.8. Trustee Duties
with the aforementioned serving as ex-officio members of the Board of Trustees, tasked with, among several primary duties, holding, managing, and receiving donated assets, funds, and other properties for The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Foundation and The Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku Foundation, and upon their needs, requests, or requirements, transferring budgeted portions of these funds to The Ikoku Foundations for their operations and support.

Partnerships and Affiliations

Section 2.3.0. Announcements of any affiliations, partnerships, sponsorships, and equivalent with The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts will be provided upon agreements executed by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, solely via this Founder’s express written instrument signed and sealed.

Public Records and Standing

Section 2.4.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is a private and nonpublic organization, with minimal disclosure requirements. Appropriately limited public record confirmation of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts’s formation, governance, and status is available via minimally required disclosure of filing with the appropriate government entities, namely:

at the California Secretary of State Business Search, accessible via this link, and typing under Entity Name: “The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts,” then viewing history for past and current filings.

The governance of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is, as follows, in character, essence, and nature:

Confidential in Nature

Section 2.6.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

2.6.1. Confidential Existence
as a confidential organization,
2.6.2. Confidential Governance
and as such is an entity of confidential administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.6.3. Governance Not Non-Confidentially
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted non-confidentially,
2.6.4. Organizational Confidentiality
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational confidentiality of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Ethical in Nature

Section 2.7.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

as an ethical organization,
2.7.2. Ethical Governance
and as such is an entity of ethical administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.7.3. Governance Not Unethically
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted unethically,
2.7.4. Organizational Ethics
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational ethics of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Faith-Aligned in Nature

Section 2.8.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

as a faith-aligned organization,
2.8.2. Faith-Aligned Governance
and as such is an entity of faith-aligned administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.8.3. Governance Not Non-Alignedly
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted in non-alignment with Humana Sancta, and the Humana Sancta faith (also “the Humana faith” and “Sancthumanism”) as administered, defined, formed, governed, and interpreted only by their sole Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku,
2.8.4. Organizational Freedom, Liberty
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational freedom and liberty of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Independent in Nature

Section 2.9.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

as an independent organization,
2.9.2. Independent Governance
and as such is an entity of independent administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.9.3. Governance Not Non-Independently
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted non-independently,
2.9.4. Organizational Independence
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational independence of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Integral in Nature

Section 2.10.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

as an integral organization,
2.10.2. Integral Governance
and as such is an entity of integral administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.10.3. Governance Not Non-Integrally
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted non-integrally,
2.10.4. Organizational Integrity
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational integrity of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Non-Governmental in Nature

Section 2.11.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

as a nongovernmental organization,
2.11.2. Non-Governmental Governance
and as such is an entity of nongovernmental administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.11.3. Governance Not Governmentally
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted governmentally,
2.11.4. Organizational Freedom, Liberty
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational freedom and liberty of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Non-Political in Nature

Section 2.12.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

2.12.1. Non-Political Existence
as a nonpartisan and nonpolitical organization,
2.12.2. Non-Political Governance
and as such is an entity of nonpartisan and nonpolitical administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.12.3. Governance Not Politically
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted partisanly or politically,
2.12.4. Organizational Freedom, Liberty
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational freedom and liberty of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Private in Nature

Section 2.13.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

2.13.1. Private Existence
as a private organization,
2.13.2. Private Governance
and as such is an entity of private administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.13.3. Governance Not Publicly
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted non-privately or publicly,
2.13.4. Organizational Privacy
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational privacy of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Safe in Nature

Section 2.14.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

2.14.1. Safe Existence
as a safe organization,
2.14.2. Safe Governance
and as such is an entity of safe administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.14.3. Governance Not Unsafely
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted unsafely,
2.14.4. Organizational Safety
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational safety of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Secure in Nature

Section 2.15.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

2.15.1. Secure Existence
as a secure organization,
2.15.2. Secure Governance
and as such is an entity of secure administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.15.3. Governance Not Insecurely
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted insecurely,
2.15.4. Organizational Security
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational security of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Single and Unified in Nature

Section 2.16.0. The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts is formed and shall exist and operate:

2.16.1. Single, Central, Unified Existence
as a single, central and unified organization,
2.16.2. Single, Central, Unified Governance
and as such is an entity of single, central and unified administration, including governance, executed solely by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization,
2.16.3. Governance Not Decentrally, Plurally
with no aspects of its administration, including governance, conducted decentrally or plurally,
2.16.4. Organizational Centrality, Unity
and with the aforementioned constituting basic conditions for the organizational centrality and unity of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as further provided for in the Codes and Policies.

Sole Administration and Management

Section 2.17.0. The Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person with authority and powers to:

2.17.1. Sole Administration, Management Powers
authorize and execute any and all administration and management with respect to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, including the control, development, finance, governance, operation, oversight, regulation, supervision, and equivalent of and over The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.17.2. Entailing Fiduciary
including, especially, any and all fiduciary authority and powers in any way pertaining to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.17.3. Entailing Property
and any and all administration and management authority and powers in any way pertaining to any assets, estates, finances, funds, monies, real or intellectual properties, resources, or equivalent;
2.17.4. Sole Manner, Administration, Management
with such administration and management proceeding solely by act of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization;
2.17.5. No Alternative, Delegation
and with such administration and management not allowed to have any alternative — be it another act, activity, agent, arrangement, or equivalent — to the aforementioned sole administrator and manager and sole manner of administration and management, nor are such administration and management allowed to be delegated to or otherwise assumed by any other entity, office, or person.

Sole Authorizer and Authorization

Section 2.18.0. The Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person empowered with:

2.18.1. Sole Authorization, Executive Powers
any and all authorization and executive powers with respect to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, including authority and powers to authorize The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts to engage in, enter into, expend for, or otherwise execute any acts, activities, affairs, agents, arrangements, decisions, or equivalent;
2.18.2. Entailing Governance
and especially including any and all authorization and executive powers in any way pertaining to any aspects of the administration, including governance, of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.18.3. Entailing Property
and any and all authorization and executive powers in any way pertaining to any assets, estates, finances, funds, monies, real or intellectual properties, resources, or equivalent;
2.18.4. Sole Manner, Authorization
with such authorization proceeding solely by act of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization;
2.18.5. No Alternative, Delegation
and with such authorization not allowed to have any alternative — be it another act, activity, agent, arrangement, or equivalent — to the aforementioned sole authorizer and executive and sole manner of authorization, nor is such authorization allowed to be delegated to or otherwise assumed by any other entity, office, or person.

Sole Books- and Records-Keeping

Section 2.19.0. The Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person with authority and powers to:

2.19.1. Sole Books, Records Powers
authorize and execute any and all books, contracts, records, and equivalent of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, including authority and powers to add, correct, create, disclose, edit, hold, officialize, redact, reproduce, revise, safeguard, seal, sign, stamp, update, and otherwise maintain any accounts, agreements, books, communications, contracts, correspondence, documents, dossiers, files, forms, ledgers, instruments, minutes, notifications, notices, proceedings, records, reports, or equivalent of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.19.2. Entailing Governance
and especially including any and all books- and records-making and keeping authority and powers in any way pertaining to any aspects of the administration, including governance, of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.19.3. Entailing Property
and any and all books- and records-making and keeping authority and powers in any way pertaining to any assets, estates, finances, funds, monies, real or intellectual properties, resources, or equivalent;
2.19.4. Sole Manner, Books, Records
with such books- and records-making and keeping proceeding solely by act of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization;
2.19.5. No Alternative, Delegation
and with such books- and records-making and keeping not allowed to have any alternative — be it another act, activity, agent, arrangement, or equivalent — to the aforementioned sole books- and records-maker and keeper and sole manner of books- and records-making and keeping, nor are such books- and records-making and keeping allowed to be delegated to or otherwise assumed by any other entity, office, or person.

Sole Convening and Meeting

Section 2.20.0. The Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person with authority and powers to:

2.20.1. Sole Convening, Meeting Powers
authorize and execute any and all convening and meeting with respect to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, including authority and powers to adjourn, begin, call for, send notice of, set agenda for, set location or means for, or terminate any convening, meeting, or equivalent of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.20.2. Entailing Governance
and especially including any and all convening and meeting authority and powers in any way pertaining to any aspects of the administration, including governance, of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.20.3. Entailing Property
and any and all convening and meeting authority and powers in any way pertaining to any assets, estates, finances, funds, monies, real or intellectual properties, resources, or equivalent;
2.20.4. Sole Manner, Convening, Meeting
with such convening and meeting proceeding solely by act of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization;
2.20.5. No Alternative, Delegation
and with such convening and meeting not allowed to have any alternative — be it another act, activity, agent, arrangement, or equivalent — to the aforementioned sole convening and meeting and sole manner of convening and meeting, nor are such convening and meeting allowed to be delegated to or otherwise assumed by any other entity, office, or person.

Sole Decision-Making and Voting

Section 2.21.0. The Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person with authority and powers to:

2.21.1. Sole Deciding, Voting Powers
authorize and execute any and all decision-making, voting, and equivalent with respect to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, including authority and powers to certify, count, make official, record, retake, revise, suspend, or terminate any decisions, votes, or equivalent of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.21.2. Entailing Governance
and especially including any and all decision-making and voting authority and powers in any way pertaining to any aspects of the administration, including governance, of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.21.3. Entailing Property
and any and all decision-making and voting authority and powers in any way pertaining to any assets, estates, finances, funds, monies, real or intellectual properties, resources, or equivalent;
2.21.4. Sole Manner, Deciding, Voting
with such decision-making and voting proceeding solely by act of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization;
2.21.5. No Alternative, Delegation
and with such decision-making and voting not allowed to have any alternative — be it another act, activity, agent, arrangement, or equivalent — to the aforementioned sole decision-maker and voter and sole manner of decision-making and voting, nor are such decision-making and voting allowed to be delegated to or otherwise assumed by any other entity, office, or person.

Sole Employment and Appointment

Section 2.22.0. The Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person with authority and powers to:

2.22.1. Sole Employment, Appointment Powers
authorize and execute any and all employment and appointment with respect to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, including authority and powers to apprentice, assign, contract, elect, hire, intern, outsource, train, supervise, or otherwise engage any agents, entities, offices, parties, partners, persons, or equivalent for or of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.22.2. Entailing Governance
and especially including any and all employment and appointment authority and powers in any way pertaining to any aspects of the administration, including governance, of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.22.3. Entailing Property
and any and all employment and appointment authority and powers in any way pertaining to any assets, estates, finances, funds, monies, real or intellectual properties, resources, or equivalent;
2.22.4. Sole Manner, Employment, Appointment
with such employment and appointment proceeding solely by act of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization;
2.22.5. No Alternative, Delegation
and with such employment and appointment not allowed to have any alternative — be it another act, activity, agent, arrangement, or equivalent — to the aforementioned sole employer and appointer and sole manner of employment and appointment, nor are such employment and appointment allowed to be delegated to or otherwise assumed by any other entity, office, or person.

Sole Finances and Funding

Section 2.23.0. The Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person with authority and powers to:

2.23.1. Sole Financial, Funding Powers
authorize and execute any and all financial and funding financial acts, activities, arrangements, or equivalent with respect to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, including authority and powers to have The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts engage in, enter into, expend for, or otherwise execute any such acts, activities, arrangements, or equivalent relating to accounts, bonds, budgets, debts, disbursements, distributions, fees, fines, grants, investments, liens, loans, payments, purchases, sales, scholarships, taxes, transactions, wages, or equivalent;
2.23.2. Entailing Governance
and especially including any and all financial and funding authority and powers in any way pertaining to any aspects of the administration, including governance, of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.23.3. Entailing Property
and any and all financial and funding authority and powers in any way pertaining to any assets, estates, finances, funds, monies, real or intellectual properties, resources, or equivalent;
2.23.4. Sole Manner, Finances, Funding
with such finances and funding proceeding solely by act of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization;
2.23.5. No Alternative, Delegation
and with such finances and funding not allowed to have any alternative — be it another act, activity, agent, arrangement, or equivalent — to the aforementioned sole finance officer and funder and sole manner of finance and funding, nor are such finances and funding allowed to be delegated to or otherwise assumed by any other entity, office, or person.

Sole Policies- and Rules-Making

Section 2.24.0. The Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person with authority and powers to:

2.24.1. Sole Policies-, Rules-Making Powers
authorize and execute any and all codes, policies, rules and attendant adjudication of compliance with respect to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, including authority and powers to have The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts adopt, alter, amend, apply, enforce, interpret, remedy, revise, substitute, or otherwise ensure adherence to any code, guideline, law, policy, recommendation, regulation, rule, or equivalent.
2.24.2. Entailing Governance
and especially including any and all policies- and rules-making and compliance authority and powers in any way pertaining to any aspects of the administration, including governance, of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.24.3. Entailing Property
and any and all policies- and rules-making and compliance authority and powers in any way pertaining to any assets, estates, finances, funds, monies, real or intellectual properties, resources, or equivalent;
2.24.4. Sole Manner, Policies-, Rules-Making
with such policies- and rules-making and compliance proceeding solely by act of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization;
2.24.5. No Alternative, Delegation
and with such policies- and rules-making and compliance not allowed to have any alternative — be it another act, activity, agent, arrangement, or equivalent — to the aforementioned sole policies- and rules-maker and compliance adjudicator and sole manner of policies- and rules-making and compliance, nor are such policies- and rules-making and compliance allowed to be delegated to or otherwise assumed by any other entity, office, or person.

Sole Projecting and Working

Section 2.25.0. The Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person with authority and powers to:

2.25.1. Sole Projecting, Working Powers
authorize and execute any and all projects and works with respect to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, including authority and powers to advise, begin, consider, consult for, develop, engage in, enter into, expend for, improve, propose, research, revise, roll out, supervise, upgrade, or otherwise execute any applications, efforts, endeavors, equipment, hard- and software, intellectual and real properties, plans, projects, works, and equivalent of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts.
2.25.2. Entailing Governance
and especially including any and all projecting and working authority and powers in any way pertaining to any aspects of the administration, including governance, of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.25.3. Entailing Property
and any and all projecting and working authority and powers in any way pertaining to any assets, estates, finances, funds, monies, real or intellectual properties, resources, or equivalent;
2.25.4. Sole Manner, Projecting, Working
with such projecting and working proceeding solely by act of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and solely via the Founder’s authorization;
2.25.5. No Alternative, Delegation
and with such projecting and working not allowed to have any alternative — be it another act, activity, agent, arrangement, or equivalent — to the aforementioned sole project- and work-authorizer and sole manner of projecting and working, nor are such projecting and working allowed to be delegated to or otherwise assumed by any other entity, office, or person.

Sole Regulation and Review

Section 2.26.0. As such, the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person with the authority and powers to review and determine whether a given act, activity, affair, agent, arrangement, asset, or other aspect, part, person, or equivalent is:

an official act, activity, affair, agent, arrangement, asset or property, book or record, convening or meeting, decision or vote, employment or appointment, finance or funding, material or matter, policy or rule, project or work, or other aspect, part, person, or equivalent of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.26.2. Act, Aspect, Administration
an official act, activity, affair, agent, arrangement, asset or property, book or record, convening or meeting, decision or vote, employment or appointment, finance or funding, material or matter, policy or rule, project or work, or other aspect, part, person, or equivalent of the administration, including governance, and formation of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts;
2.26.3. Act, Aspect, Founder
an official or personal act, activity, affair, agent, arrangement, asset or property, book or record, convening or meeting, decision or vote, employment or appointment, finance or funding, policy or rule, project or work, or other aspect, part, person, or equivalent of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku;
2.26.4. As Reviewed
with the understanding that the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is also the sole person with the authority and powers to — and the sole person who must be able to and in actuality and in fact — inspect, monitor, regulate, review, see, supervise, track, and otherwise oversee any and all acts, activities, affairs, agents, arrangements, assets and properties, including materials and matters, and other aspects, parts, persons, and equivalent of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts.

 

Section 2.26.5. Furthermore, the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole person with the authority and powers to adjudicate and determine — without appeal or liability — whether a given act, activity, affair, agent, arrangement, asset, or other aspect, part, person, or equivalent is:

2.26.6. Compatible
compatible or incompatible with The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts itself, as well as its founding, governance, and overall administration, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably compatible;
2.26.7. Compliant
complaint or non-compliant with the Codes and Policies of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, as well as applicable law and regulation, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably compliant, law-abiding and policy-abiding;
2.26.8. Confidential
in accordance with or infringing the confidential nature of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts or its policies, principles, and protections for confidentiality, as provided for in the Codes and Policies, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably confidential and confidentiality-abiding;
2.26.9. Consented
in accordance with or infringing the consent-respecting commitment of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts or its policies, principles, and protections for consent, as provided for in the Codes and Policies, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably consented and consent-abiding;
2.26.10. Ethical
in accordance with or infringing the ethical nature of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts or the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably ethical and ethics-abiding;
2.26.11. Faith-Aligned
in alignment or non-alignment with the faith-based commitments of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably faith-aligned;
2.26.12. Independent
in accordance with or infringing the independent nature of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts or its policies, principles, and protections for organizational independence, as provided for in the Codes and Policies, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably independent and independence-abiding;
2.26.13. Integral
in accordance with or infringing the integral nature of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts or its policies, principles, and protections for organizational integrity, as provided for in the Codes and Policies, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably integral and integrity-abiding;
2.26.14. Mission-Aligned
in alignment or non-alignment with the mission and purposes of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably mission-aligned;
2.26.15. Non-Governmental
in accordance with or infringing the nongovernmental nature of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts or its policies, principles, and protections for organizational freedom and liberty, as provided for in the Codes and Policies, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably nongovernmental and nongovernment-abiding;
2.26.16. Non-Political
in accordance with or infringing the nonpartisan and nonpolitical nature of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts or its policies, principles, and protections for organizational freedom and liberty, as provided for in the Codes and Policies, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably nonpartisan, nonpolitical and nonpolitics-abiding;
2.26.17. Private
in accordance with or infringing the private nature of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts or its policies, principles, and protections for privacy, as provided for in the Codes and Policies, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably private and privacy-abiding;
2.26.18. Safe
in accordance with or infringing the safe nature of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts or its policies, principles, and protections for organizational safety, as provided for in the Codes and Policies, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably safe and safety-abiding;
2.26.19. Secure
in accordance with or infringing the secure nature of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts or its policies, principles, and protections for organizational security, as provided for in the Codes and Policies, with the objective to render the issue under regulation and review clearly rather than arguably secure and security-abiding;
2.26.20. With No Avoidance
with the understanding that no avoidance, diminishment, or equivalent of any acts, authorities, or powers of administration, governance, management, regulation, or review by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, shall preclude the effective and provisional determination of an intentional or known infringement of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, the Codes and Policies, or applicable law and regulation as incompatible, noncompliant, unaligned or equivalent with respect to The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts, with the objective being to minimize or prevent any deleterious effects before, during and after eventual detection, reporting, and remedy.

with No Removal or Reduction

Section 2.27.0. And furthermore, there is and will be no manner, means, or possibility of removal or replacement of the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, nor any delegation or diminishment of any of his aforementioned powers, in any way, under any circumstances, for any period, or for any benefit, end, goal, interest, mission, need, objective, purpose, or reason.
