Welcome to the Acceptable Use Policy of The Chinyere and Chinelo Ikoku Charitable Trusts and of its divisions, series, subsidiaries and affiliates. Here, you will be provided a listing, range and illustrative examples of actions and activities you are expected to agree to not carry out or conduct — out of respect for others, for our policies and for the law.

Your Agreement
— With respect to the Agreement you enter into with The Ikoku Charitable Trusts via the Acceptable Use Policy, you understand and adhere to the following:

Your Consent to The Policy
— With respect to your ability to agree and consent to the Acceptable Use Policy, you represent and warrant the following:

Your Abiding by The Policies
— You represent, warrant and covenant that, given the above attestation about your consent to the Acceptable Use Policy, you have read, understood, consented to and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by the Acceptable Use Policy and the Codes and Policies, as they are amended from time to time, and in their entirety without modification.
Your Understanding of Acceptable Uses
— You represent, warrant and covenant that, given the above attestation about your consent and adherence to the Acceptable Use Policy, you have also read, understood, consented to and agreed to be legally bound by and abide by understandings of acceptable and unacceptable use, including communities standards, as defined by The Ikoku Charitable Trusts in these Codes and Polices and as further delineated below, to be respected and not violated, in any way, by you, which shall, at minimum, entail the following:

Accordance with Ethics
— that The Ikoku Charitable Trusts ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the Codes and Policies and especially the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.

Your Knowledge and Agreement
The Ikoku Charitable Trusts strongly recommends you develop and maintain your knowledge of all the Codes and Policies, and so asks that you read, understand and regularly visit this page and other communications regarding the Acceptable Use Policy, as well as the Codes and Policies. The Ikoku Charitable Trusts takes your continued visiting and use of its Products and Services, including its Sites, as active indication of your knowledge, understanding, legally binding acceptance and agreement.
Your Duty to Corporate Integrity
To protect the corporate and organizational integrity of The Ikoku Charitable Trusts — as well as the properties, rights and protections of the corporation and its official persons — The Ikoku Charitable Trusts requires all natural and legal persons concerned to read, understand, abide by and, where applicable, sign contracts and agreements delineated and described in the Policy on Corporate Integrity.
The Ikoku Charitable Trusts reminds you that the Policy on Corporate Integrity forms part of The Ikoku Charitable Trusts User Agreement and Code of Conduct. Cautions and Prohibitions
Overview
The Ikoku Charitable Trusts expects all persons to act responsibly, respectfully and lawfully where The Ikoku Charitable Trusts, its divisions, series, subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as its Products and Services, including the Sites, are concerned. Therefore, you agree not to misuse or harm any area, part or section of The Ikoku Charitable Trusts, including its names and reputations, or help any other person to do so, in ways that include but are not limited to the following:
No Unauthorized Relationship or Representation
You will not understand or represent yourself to be in any official capacity with or relationship to The Ikoku Charitable Trusts, its divisions, series, subsidiaries and affiliates, or its Products and Services, including the Sites, except such official capacity or relationship that is explicitly approved, reviewed, authorized and described by written contract and instrument signed and sealed of the Founder and President, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, as described in the Codes and Policies — with such instrument containing explicit description of the specifying access, actions, activities, communications, operations, participations, visits and other uses expressly reviewed, approved and authorized for the purposes of said capacity or relationship.
No Unauthorized Access, Activity, Operations
— With respect to any and all of your access, activities and operations in, within, within, for, on behalf of, in reference to or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Charitable Trusts, you understand and adhere to the following:

You will not send spam or other unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements. And you will not send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including without limitation phishing or spoofing (and The Ikoku Charitable Trusts reserves the right to determine what constitutes any of the aforementioned).
No Deception or Impersonation
You will not do anything that is false, fraudulent, inaccurate or deceiving. Nor will you impersonate another person, organization or entity. And you will not engage in misleading or unethical marketing or advertising.
No Theft
— With respect to theft or its equivalent in relation to The Ikoku Charitable Trusts, you understand and adhere to the following:

No Nudity or Pornography
— You will not engage in any activity or operations, or add or post any content, information or material in, within, with, for, on behalf of or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Charitable Trusts, or in any areas, parts or sections of The Ikoku Charitable Trusts, especially its Products and Services, including the Sites, including any networks or systems The Ikoku Charitable Trusts provides access to, that constitutes nudity or pornography (and The Ikoku Charitable Trusts reserves the right to determine what constitutes nudity and pornography).
— And you furthermore will not engage in any activity or operations, or add or post any content, information or material in, within, with, for, on behalf of or otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Charitable Trusts, or in any areas, parts or sections of The Ikoku Charitable Trusts, especially its Products and Services, including the Sites, including any networks or systems The Ikoku Charitable Trusts provides access to, that advocates, constitutes or facilitates sex or human trafficking or forced, indentured or slave labor.
No Violation of Laws
You will not use The Ikoku Charitable Trusts or any areas, parts or sections of The Ikoku Charitable Trusts, especiallyits Products and Services, including the Sites, in violation of any applicable export controls, laws, regulations or sanctions. And you will not do anything that otherwise violates any applicable law or regulations, including without limitation any applicable laws and regulations regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
Prompt Notification
You will not do anything that prevents The Ikoku Charitable Trusts — especially its Founder and President, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — from becoming fully aware and informed of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy and the Codes and Polices. And you will notify The Ikoku Charitable Trusts — especially its Founder and President, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku — via the proper reporting channels if you become aware of any violation of the above.
